Registration Information

1/ Registration for Digit’Agora – April 13 (Free event)

Registration for Digit’Agora on April 13 (free event) right after you enter your registration details for the paid conference (April 14–17). 

Please note that it is also possible to register for April 13 only, without attending the conference from April 14 to 17.

2/ Registration fees

The registration fee* includes access to all scientific sessions, conference documentation, coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference.

 *VAT included

Reminder: registration opens on Decembert 1st for researchers who have sent a presentation, on 10 December for everyone. 

3/ Payment method

There is no online payment on the website. On the final page, simply choose one of the following options:

Option 1 — Bank Transfer: select  this option if you intend to pay by bank transfer.

Option 2 — Purchase Order (PO): choose this option if your institution will issue a PO.

Option 3 — Credit Card Payment Link: this option does not appear on the website. If you prefer to pay by credit card, simply send an email to the billing contact.

You will then receive a secure payment link by email.

What Happens Next?

After choosing your payment method:

• You receive an automatic confirmation email summarizing your registration.
• Your registration will be validated manually by the organizers once the payment (bank transfer / PO / credit card) has been received.
• You will then receive a final email confirming your full registration.
